MS Outlook

This year we have included the scholarship files for Word to be used with the Outlook program, these files are entitled “2002 Outlook -Word Scholarship.”  The merge codes have been provided within the scholarship files entitled “2002 Outlook –Word Scholarship.”  This allows you the capability to merge the appropriate letters and releases with your contact information listed in Outlook.

In addition to providing you with the ability to merge the letters and releases, Outlook also provides you a way of tracking your scholarship information such as scheduling: appointments, meetings, follow up calls, listing notes, setting reminders, and so forth.  If you are familiar with the e-mailing process, you also have the option of using Outlook to e-mail your contacts the releases and letters.

Click on the link below.  A box will appear asking where you wish to place the files. Select "Open from Current Location". A security screen will appear, select "Yes". Another box will appear asking where you wish to place the file. We have set up a default location for you, c:\scholarship\2002\outlook\ , click on "Proceed".   All 18 MS Outlook files will automatically be placed in this directory on your C: drive.
